I don't know what I thought Terminal Punks was going to be about but @matthewerman.bsky.social wrote a wonderfully unhinged story about the power of friendship. There's a lot to enjoy with @shelbycriswell.bsky.social art, dynamic motion, brutal action and just a ton of style to make it all meld.

I don't know what I thought Terminal Punks was going to be about but @matthewerman.bsky.social wrote a wonderfully unhinged story about the power of friendship. There's a lot to enjoy with @shelbycriswell.bsky.social art, dynamic motion, brutal action and just a ton of style to make it all meld.

Don't have the first issue or it's buried too deep in the pile but Pistol Shrimp #2 was a blast. Filled a Rango like void in my heart. @luismorocho.bsky.social art is incredible at sucking you into this western sea world @charliemcfarland.bsky.social wrote a super funny and engaging story

Starcrossed is another great one shot tale by @fraserc69.bsky.social idk how you do it but I'm envious. particularly enjoyable payoff @alfiegallagher.bsky.social such a good looking book: emotional expression, scale of some scenes, swordfighting, cool ass magic and memorable characters.

Skip Beat is the only manga I read. Feels like the library let's you borrow books way longer than when I was a kid. I've had these way too long 😬. The story doesn't progress much after some explosive things prior but art is still incredible. Some transformational looks, a good time as always.

Side Questers: Hard at Work by @wolffdj23.bsky.social sharp and distinct line art, gets bloody and brutal often and is good at it. Storytelling once again delivers. The characters inform the story direction and I have yet to be disappointed.

Choppin Blades'! @damienbecton.bsky.social delivered on an engaging high concept. It's action packed and consistently clever. Mercuri does a great job throughout but especially the stars of the show THE CARS! The magic is fun to experience too can't wait to see more spells unleashed
