...but had spikes of stress during the night and bb only charged to 50. Had another badly paced day on Tuesday: I should have spent it horizontal looking at the ceiling and staying off screen but I'm crap at pacing (after 2.5 years, I'm sick of it) and crashed again in the evening.

Monday of this week, I slept alright. BB charged to 75. I spent too long on screen in the morning. Got a little rest but then totally overdid it in the afternoon, didn't rest enough, and crashed in the evening. Looks like I was resting OK while sleeping...
