I’ve taken to pulling my sleeves over my hand to nudge doors open/closed lol it is so annoying!!!

i really am scared that people are going to judge me for appearing different than i have in the past, even recently, and i am struggling the most with that fear of judgement. and the copious questions that will come with it. but i have to do what’s best for me and that’s HAAAARD.

it’s tough because i feel ‘bad’ and like i’m ‘faking it’ the second i feel less pain, but i’m realizing more and more than no amount of pain is normal and i have plenty of ways to help mitigate triggers for pain and i need to start prioritizing myself!!!!
