Anime fans look at Eureka Seven like a teenager looks at a Blackberry Phone. Anything older may as well be lost media to them. They don't know how to torrent, they don't own a DVD player, if it's not streaming it functionally doesn't exist. We really need to recommend stuff more.

If I were the Russos, I would simply not say one single thing about criticism of my movies and just wait exactly 5 years, which is the standard amount of time it takes for "Film Discourse" to decide that literally every 'BAD' filmmaker who is 'EVERYTHING WRONG WITH CINEMA!' is/was 'good actually'

It seems almost unavoidable at this point that we are headed for a deep, deep recession. Just based on 200K+ federal firings & pullback of contracts, the March employment report (to be released April 4) seems certain to show bigger job losses than any month ever outside of a few in 2008-9 and 2020.
