Don't help them, folks. Let them rely on the police, just like the rest of us.
What’s been most noteworthy to me in thinking about the response of the CEO class to this is that changing practices hasn’t really entered the picture. Beefing up security seems to be the dominant response — extracting fewer profits isn’t even on the table.
