Good point. We shouldn't be cheering each time the less bad guys come in and make things less bad. That's not even a standard. It's just not worse, and it's a sad demostration of democracy. I don't know how most of these politicians live with themselves.

I left every local Republican vote blank on my ballot if it didn't have a write-in for another party. None of them were getting my vote this time.
