Never ending construction in our building. One neighbor just keeps on renovating! I can’t believe there’s anything left to renovate. I’m tired of the constant buzzing, sawing, drilling, banging, etc. Boo.

The Rose Parade always brings up memories of my childhood. Pasadena native, born and raised. The city never bothered to clean up the horse crap left around our house. We lived on the poor side of town.

Spent an hour this morning reading the newspaper. Articles about Bird Flu and an incurable bacterial disease have scared me into not wanting to leave the house. Ironically, there was no mention of a COVID surge. That’s good news.

Was in the remodeled Palm Desert Public Library recently. Such an improvement over the cramped, crowded space that it was.

My first post. Looking forward to Thanksgiving, my favorite holiday. Love the family and the food. Trying to decide if I should wear a baggy dress or baggy pants to accommodate eating in comfort.
