I’m growing indoors and was forced to buy grids to hang from ceiling. Plants are getting too big for lights rigged between some bookshelves!

I have to be patient. Tomorrow morning I have to hand pollinate a bhut jolokia pepper plant. Lots of blossoms but just noticed a lot are dropping. 🤦

When they start flying up my nose, makes me want to get rid of all plants!
BT works well. Just have to make solution, water every 2-3 weeks with it.
I keep forgetting. 🤦

I prefer worm castings. No smell!
I used to do vermiculture in my tiny nyc apartment but the tiny soil gnats were impossible to get rid of because of the need to keep it moist. I still have some here but keep under control with BT.
May try again, I have more space, and I’d wet w/spray BT water!

Their poop is the worst though. I used to have to power wash the dock before we could launch. Land mines!

I would love to scratch one of those gold ornaments to see what it’s made of. Curious whether it’s painted plastic or gold leaf. It’s not solid gold!
One’s expensive and the other is over 4k an ounce, and leaf is perhaps reclaimable.
