I limit my single use pans too, but I bought the mini popover pan from them and it's just fabulous. The mini ones are just the right size, and popovers are super easy to make and don't require anything beyond basic staples.

It's not! It's just a cream sauce (milk/flour) with cheese melted in and whipped egg whites folded in, baked. You can make an excellent one with likely what's already in your refrigerator, cream of tarter, and a round pyrex dish with a foil collar. It's actually really easy!

Make souffles--they're stupidly easy, so yummy, and use a good bit of it. It's just a cream sauce and whipped eggs, and they really won't fall if you open the door!
