First jiu-jitsu competition since 2019. Only returned to training at the end of last year after a near 4 year break.

Book arrived this morning. Really interested in reading it. It’s a look into the ancient Irish grappling art of Collar and Elbow. A sport which is essentially completely forgotten now.
I feel this would be right up @blindboyboatclub.bsky.social’s alley. Similar to the stone lifting.
