Currently, the IRS runs on dozens of disparate systems hosted in on-premises data centers and in the cloud that are purposefully compartmentalized. Accessing these systems requires special permissions and workers are typically only granted access on a need-to-know basis”. Members of DOGE have been found to have ties with cyber criminal outfits because they were never vetted. It’s the culmination of a weeks long standoff between Elon Musk’s DOGE team and the US Institute of Peace”. The USIP was not a government agency, it was a private third part, and the DOGE has illegally seized their building and all the stuff inside it.
