Again, they're all saying the same things but are using different words. A book that started me on this "journey" was Return to Love from Marianne Williamson.

I did have to do a lot of word replacements, lol, but the message is beautiful

The way I was treated by "Christians" eventually made me hate Jesus and all things christian so reading these books with some words they use would really turn me off. I think the trick is to replace any words they use with words you do like.

I'm nodding a lottt, yes! I think the answer to everything is learn as much as you can, take what you like and leave the rest. That's why I revisit these books and ideas often bc I understand and discover new things every time.

I've tried to read NBP and will probably try again but they are all saying the same thing and calling it different names.

I feel like NBP and IFS, in general, gets in the weeds and makes itself unnecessarily difficult to understand bc they're trying to take an inner knowing and

digest. I've read many books regarding surrender. The untethered soul by Michael Singer is, imo, the easiest to understand and has given me the most benefit. After reading his books and listening to his online courses (free with hoopla if you have access), ifs just make intuitive sense to me.
