Eadha Bakery is a worker co-op. I love this bakery, especially because Eadha has rooted their business practices in human rights and dignity.

This afternoon I met with Sister Laura Vicuña Pereira Manso, an Indigenous land defender from Brazil, in my constituency office to talk about the shared experiences of Indigenous peoples across the world with harmful systems of colonialism, misogyny and deterioration of our rights.

Indigenous Veterans Day was established in Winnipeg more than twenty years ago to honour the service of Indigenous veterans who made great sacrifices but were denied the same care, and respect as non-Indigenous veterans.
We must ensure that Indigenous veterans live with the dignity they deserve.
