The fun thing about researching dinosaurs is you'll always get someone who argues against the dinosaur and bird evolutionary connections, and there are some blatently obvious connections. Like... look at an emu and look at ANY mimid dinosaur. Just look at them! Makes me want to rip my hair out.

I have this little islet right off the edge of my island that I can build on, I was thinking of making this a restricted area where the Indominous is maybe? Or one of the other hybrids.

I do like that the 2nd book has terror birds in it though. Shortly after the end of the dinosaurs. They almost made a comeback.

I do have this book by DK publishing that's more updated. But it's simplified.

This book has been my referance point for dinosaur short stories for years. Since I was like 10. It's a little faded and outdated. But the art is still pretty cool. I have yet to find an encyclopedia as good so far.
