getting better at multiple back crosses from the same hand in a row. today i learned that i need to throw a little higher, at the height i was throwing before the balls weren’t getting enough airtime and i had to move my hands too fast and that was causing issues.

i want to learn continuous back crosses! so progress thread ig. here’s where i’m at rn. my goal is for every throw to be behind my back, which i am very far away from.
