LCW welcomes the ICC Appeals Chamber’s decision confirming that Italy’s return of Njeem to Libya breaches its Rome Statute obligations.

LCW calls on Libyan authorities to cooperate with the ICC and surrender Njeem and other suspects to ensure accountability for serious crimes.
