If you know, you know.
That kind of statement annoys me, because they often make assumptions that what they can see is all there is to consider. Far from it. *throws tephra at them*

Yes, exactly! The pagination contributed to the horror and tension of the entire book. A real triumph.

If you want to read "The Night Guest", please buy/order at your local independent bookstore.

I loved everything about it. Even as a confirmed crazy cat lady. And I especially loved the glimpses into things that are just so unique to Iceland (esp banks/kennitala but more besides).

Oooh I shall go and look, thanks! (I would still prefer a recreation of the dragon-and-frog vase seismo I think, that is so very cool!)

Amazing! I watched via webcams, glad you stayed safe while viewing it. Despite what some social media posts suggest, they can be more dangerous than they seem, up close, but I’m sure you know that 🩵

Well I am enjoying your photographs of Iceland a lot. They bring me joy every time I check in over here.

That would be very interesting to do! I would love such a thing sitting on a window ledge here too.

Gosh! I had forgotten this existed, but we were taught about this back in school geology class, and I remember loving it back then too.
