Puisqu'il semble que les discussions pourraient s'orienter dès aujourd'hui sur les questions territoriales et notamment sur le blanchiment de l'annexion de la Crimée, un rappel très important : la vie sous occupation n'est pas la paix et encore moins la joie.
« Les maires en exil de villes occupées et des familles ayant réussi à fuir récemment décrivent un monde clos et dysfonctionnel où règne la terreur et où tout ce qui est ukrainien est méthodiquement détruit et remplacé par le « monde russe ».
