🇺🇸 On Memorial Day, I honor the memory of my former student, Corporal Jeffrey R. Standfest, USMC.
Jeff gave his life at just 23 on June 16, 2010, in Afghanistan.
Today we remember not just a fallen hero, but a bright light taken too soon. Thank you, Jeff, for your sacrifice. You are not forgotten.
