The resolution book is out for the upcoming UCP convention — and even after it has become abundantly clear that the VAST majority of Albertans oppose the idea, the UCP base is still pushing to pull our province out of the Canada Pension Plan (CPP).

One of the consequences of municipal “parties?” Or maybe enough for municipal councils to shut down this idiotic (and frankly, entirely unwanted) “pilot project.”

The UCP aren’t worried about losing their seats because of voters’ deep habits, so they don’t care what Albertans they run over.

The vast majority of us or our ancestors (some or all) just a few generations back came to Alberta from somewhere else.

Stopping services won’t make people leave. It just makes things even harder.
