Hours after Border Patrol swept through #CharlotteNC protesters filled uptown with courage, not fear. They marched peacefully, stood united, and refused to be intimidated.
Charlotte showed up.

When Border Patrol showed up across #CharlotteNC, parents and neighbors rushed to Berryhill to meet kids at the bus stop. They stood watch, linked arms, and made one thing clear: if the city gets targeted, its children will not face it alone.

When Border Patrol showed up across #CharlotteNC, parents and neighbors rushed to Berryhill to meet kids at the bus stop. They stood watch, linked arms, and made one thing clear: if the city gets targeted, its children will not face it alone.

H.S. students at Phillip O. Berry Academy walked out in protest, carrying signs like “No one is illegal on stolen land” & “I’ll take my horchata warm cause ICE sucks.” While masked agents stormed #CharlotteNC & arrested 200, these kids showed more courage than the entire operation.
