I spent faaaar too much time getting this all working in Obsidian, but I now have many of the key attributes of NPCs put into tags in the files and so it auto-fills a handful of details into my index page. Also works in a way that when looking at the location, NPCs in that place show up.

Today we have a non-undead Ogre. That's right, just a run of the mill ogre by Dungeon Classics. Once I had the idea to gild the skulls the rest of it all came together. One of the things I love most about painting minis is how you develop a whole backstory for them as you go. #dnd #minipainting
