To me this looked like a neuro issue. His left foot didn’t seem to get the message from his brain to lift high enough in time to avoid a stumble. I’ve seen this in stroke victims. I’d like to think his conscious is getting to him but he’s proven time and time again he’s a psychopath just my opinion.
