What an amazing experience. For me, he's on the Mt. Rushmore of LA architect because he seemed so critical to advancing LA modernism as we navigated out of the Case Study period and its influence.

I had to quit Pivot when the top of show because just 10 minutes of discussing which of his multiple residences he had just taken a PJ to. Totally lacking in self awareness. Trust me, he's alrwsy pulled his AI positions down. Probavly nakedly shorting Nvidia as we speak.

Foghat has an interesting production style. Always feels like there’s a lot of over-driven, ambient noise in the track. Noisy vocals, but in a good way.

You’re right. But people don’t want to read a defense of the Times right now. I know you don’t intend it, but being right about this is like Megyn Kelly being right about the diff between liking 15 year olds and five year olds. We understand but don’t care. Too many people knew and did nothing.
