Too bad you and other media outlets didn't do your job during the election. We wouldn't be having these issues if all of you hadn't bent a knee. The Fourth Estate failed miserably.

Thank you for reporting this. I unsubscribed to the NYT last year because of the paper’s attacks on Biden while ignoring Trump’s horrific behavior. Good to know there are still honorable journalists.

Speaking as a retired educator of 28 years I got a pay raise retiring because I wasn’t spending $150-$200 a week on my job. Do you buy things for your job? We bust our asses to get blamed for this shit. When politicians and critics try and “fix” it they leave educations out of the conversation.
