I believe that our nighttime dreams can reveal a lot. As we tap into the sub conscious everynight, I feel visions for art,problem solving, etc. Could be untillized information to work with.

Recently,at sundown I been switching my phone to red light.It's a setting in android and Apple phones.It is supposed to help wind you down by cutting out blue light from your phones screen.
So I tried it,and wow! I been going to sleep really quick and having a good night sleep,highly recommended

I am currently listening to the audiobook "The Creative Act: A Way of Being" by Rick Rubin... All I can say is wow! It's a must read for any budding artists (like myself) out there, there is some golden nuggets in this book, highly recommended.

I'm just getting round to watching 'wild wild country' on Netflix, very good documentary... I feel Osho had a very intriguing mind.
I feel we need more dialogue and empathy in this world to sort out problems, we should be teaching young children to sort out problems with their speech instead of with their fists.
