Yea, I think insufferable politics are going to be inescapable for the foreseeable future; it’s not exactly an awesome time and yes, those types of posts drive engagement. It might help to stick to your “Following” view to just see the posts of people you actually want to hear from for a bit.

I’m using this platform for the dumbass jokes I would normally post on Facebook (like, years ago). I stopped posting on FB due to the insufferable politics.
