LC since 2020, recent brain training work was helpful for relief of some symptoms. So I preach it’s benefits. But a nueroplastic response should never imply real and actual physiological issues aren’t also present. It’s infuriating how many people want to dismiss us with it’s all in your head.

And many others permanently disable by long covid or perpetually sick due to post covid suppression of their immune systems.

I saw huge improvement in this area after taking a breathing course specifically for long covid. I was shallow breathing all the tome. There’s a lot of free videos on this as well.
