Recommended by a friend (who later reread it and said it was more annoying than they remembered), this wasn’t a bad read, but was desperately trying too hard to be cool and edgy. Can’t decide whether it was a homage or ripoff of Dresden Files. 🤔

Well, my rescued trees cleaned up NICE! All the crud and dust are washed off and they’re sparkling again!

Dang straight I nailed it! My three person team aced 3 of the 6 categories, but we bombed out on a popular music category just enough to come in 2nd by 5 points.

It’s been a grey rainy morning and my flu shot yesterday has given me the low-grade aches (per usual, but worth it).
So I’m puddled on the couch, watching swimming, working on some projects, etc.
I did cook some chicken for the #Pogacat. I do it every couple of months and it’s his favorite!

I had heard only good things about this book and I enjoyed The Martian well enough, so I picked this up.
A good read! Didn’t talk down to the reader either, which I enjoyed. Looking forward to the upcoming movie.
