Things I liked: magic gags during "Wonderful", Madame Morrible making a tornado. Elphaba and Glinda are still gay AF.
That's p much it. There's moments that work but they are fleeting and the pace of a movie that's shorter than part 1 somehow manages to drag

I thought part 2 could fill gaps about Elphabas activism and what it actually entails. Glinda's failings and how she comes to better understand the flawed society she's in. Maybe fix Nessa's story. None of that happened

They fucked up stuff that I didn't think you COULD fuck up. No Good Deed has baffling editing decisions and As Long As Your Mine is utterly sexless. They took the horny song about them fucking and burdened it with terrible stage direction and a lack of chemistry (They had chemistry in part 1???)
