Prep for the Belgrade 10k on Saturday, not bad considering I've been injured for over 2 weeks. I will also dig out something Palace related to run in though at 27c a football shirt may cook me 😀

So running at the top of a mountain is bloody hard, felt out of breath at boiling after 800 metres. I mostly did that run/walk thing. The view though at the top was stunning
