I have a sad hunch that Garcia may be dead and it’s better for the administration politically to stonewall rather than admit that they got an innocent man killed via a clerical error.

Even though I’m not a Christian, I often call his office and leave Scripture passages on his voicemail, usually ones about empathy and not worshipping a false idol.
