Absolutely. Great point about the decans, makes me wonder if some of those examples actually were acting out Gemini I splintering versus the both/and of Gemini II versus the sacrifice of III, based on where Uranus was transiting

The combination of Uranus with Gemini is also a doubling up of trickster significations. Rick Tarnas wrote in “Prometheus the Awakener” that the planet Uranus fits better with the mythology of Prometheus than the mythology of the Greek god Ouranos. Prometheus was a trickster god, and so was Hermes.

In some ways this is descriptive of the archetypes at work. Splitting something in two creates a chain reaction of dramatic and unpredictable outcomes.

The years of the Manhattan Project pretty much exactly coincided with Uranus’ time in Gemini. Nuclear fission is when you split an atom’s nucleus, a process which releases an enormous amount of energy.

Uranus in Gemini is also a symbol of polarization and splitting, and occasionally unification. It generates connectivity with technology and paradoxically destroys it by dividing what was once unified, but somehow in the process, it creates more multiplicity to weave connections within.

The previous two periods also coincided with milestones for human rights and global alliances being formed. The end of serfdom in Russia, and the Emancipation Proclamation in the US in one period, followed by the Genocide Convention and Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the next.
