The challenge in Canada is for about two decades the Meteorological Service of Canada and Environment Canada have allowed 2) to decline hoping 3) would make up for it. We don't even have weather radar for most of Canada...

Second, seasonal freeze-thaw landforms on the base of the ocean actually has implications for infrastructure that relies on the sea bed. This is a new phenomenon being described but undoubtedly it has to be considered in engineering work in the north. /3

Together these findings have some interesting implications. First, the persistence of subsea permafrost at 57°N is really unusual when you consider that it the farthest south it'd be found previously was in the High Arctic. Where else could it currently exist & are there carbon implications? /2

This is on par if not worse because the jays absolutely had it within their own hands multiple games in a row. The sens were punching well above their weight.
