People check out the Rise Memorial Garden in Kelowna before and after opening ceremonies today. The garden is dedicated to the five people killed in a crane collapse four years ago - Brad Zawislak, Cailen Vilness, Eric Stemmer, Jared Zook and Patrick Stemmer.
