We have a neat little corner store with a wall of instant ramen varieties, a topping bar, and combination induction cooker-hot water dispenser contraptions. They also have seasonally rotating nerikiri, which is a pleasant surprise to experience in a flyover midwest state.

Autism was discovered in 1911 and the modern definition of Autism came in 1943.
Tylenol wasn’t widely used until the 1950s.

I've been binging "The Animals of Farthing Wood" lately. Kind of perplexing to believe that's something I (an adult living in the United States) have the luxury of doing that the series' original audience (children in the United Kingdom) is likely to lose access to.
