Did you not get Daddy's attention today, try harder! Try the previous hits!

Is Daddy mad? Oh no!

wash, rinse, repeat.

The inverse is also true: as someone who lived in three different blue states (and one purple, briefly) over my 40 years, there's plenty of MAGA chuds in blue havens.

They'll never move to a red state because they won't admit they love blue benefits, plus they get to whine about "persecution".

There's a book about them called The Family Who Couldn't Sleep, which also serves as a decent introduction to the (absolutely terrifying) concept of prion diseases

In 25 years of practice I have only met one person who was a genetically short sleeper (~4-5 hrs), and she was one of my supervisors. Yes, she got a lot done. 😆

There's a rare inherited genetic disorder (that runs through a family in Italy) where they gradually lose the ability to sleep. Once they stop sleeping they die in short order.

Sleep isn't "doing nothing". It hastens healing (and even if you're not sick being alive and awake is mildly damaging)

I love brewing ginger beer. I got mine to taste a lot like Bunderberg after awhile.

I switched to minced ginger in a jar and that cut out a lot of prep time. It didn't affect the taste.

Enjoy!
