It's hard to say if I'm doing this correctly, I know I don't follow my diet to the tee but I'm trying to be better, bc I wanna be healthy . It's just that the people around me make me feel bc I didn't drop 20 pounds in a week then I'm a failure

like you're only mandated to get it ONCE a year and even if you're young and healthy with no family history of cancer u can even push it to two years—yes it is uncomfortable but I'd rather a few seconds of discomfort than years of cancer
