The haunt season has now been laid to rest for 2025. My 16th season is in the book.
My 16th year complete as my butcher, as well as my small time playing Jack the Ripper at my current haunt, and working Halloween night at a friend's place with my 4th year as Smiley the clown.

Few times I've ever broken down in tears from something. My dad doing the bell ringing after his final cancer treatment. He has a follow-up appointment in 3 months with his doc, but with the early detection they did and what they see now, everything is looking good.

It's funny how I always went to this restaurant since I was a kid and always passed these barrels, never thinking about them, and seeing them now, I hear @littlekuriboh.bsky.social as Freeza so bored with a Saiyan rebellion that it's more concerning which wines they'll have with their dinner.

Ray, you were a wonderful neighbor to my folks for over 4 decades. You were there at Nik's 1st birthday (pic here) and you knew me before I knew you, before I could even walk. You were a postal worker like my dad and I always tried to mimic his voice when we'd see you. I will miss you.

Haunt opens officially one month from today. Last year's promo vid and one of my favorites over the years. Love that they gave me the "psycho killer" line from the song and caught one of my back bends.

A sad haunt memory from 9 years ago. The best place around for picking up haunt supplies for over half a century closed up. The owners were an amazing couple that you could literally talk with for hours and get advice on makeup tips. I loved visiting prior to the season to chat.
