I’ve built up a small army of air purifiers over last 5 yrs. When guests come, I run them all, getting 6 air exchanges/hr. It’s helped a ton, even with kids’ colds. Could be a quick fix for you, though you may not want to spend the money.

What Cam said is the best bet. I am always proponent of getting enough air exchange with purifiers/hour.

I don't know if they would be willing to mask up if interacting with the rest of the family. But what you are doing is your best bet to minimize.
