Yeah. It was @blankcheck.bsky.social’s recent dive into the movies that got me back on the Star Trek train, which I hadn’t really been on since it was airing on TV. Saw First Contact in theatres multiple times, though. Love that movie.

I think DS9 is next for me. I watched a fair bit when I was young, but I don't remember much. My Star Trek sherpa, @tristanhilliard.bsky.social, also says it is quietly the best.

I took my daughter to a theatrical showing of a popular long-running YouTube animated show I had never seen recently and I imagine it was a similarly, highly confusing experience.
