Been experimenting with animation again lately, giving it an actual effort this time! Still a ways to go and a lot I'd do different on another pass but quite happy with my progress.
Might remove the head turn and save that for another attempt. 🤔

Getting back into a creative headspace that wants to finish things, rather than just doodling, so finished up a PFP for a friend! Had fun and experimented a lot - ended up muddier than I'd like, but that's experimenting for ya.

Went with simple coloring on Saritha here, keeping it fun and light, just so I can call the piece done and move on. Overall pretty happy with how it turned out even if I simplified it to just a headshot!
Looking forward to doing a bit more with her in the future. 😁

Considering the lineart on this pretty much done. Though I'm real tempted to go back and redo the grip!

Feeling better so threw some lines down for refining this blade - being under the weather sure slowed down drawing time.
Needs some adjustments still but pretty happy overall. Getting used to vector layers as well! 😅
