ABSOLUTELY!!! It's truly so healing to be around people that make you feel like you belong and are genuine and just. comfy to be around. Need to prioritize this in my regular schedule as much as possible!!! ;w;

now that you mention it - I'm probably getting less sodium than usual lately even with electrolyte mixes since I've been cooking at home more and using more low sodium stuff - does upping the sodium help for you? :O

I just need a place to vent about it because everyone I talk to irl just laughs at me when I mention "summer seasonal affective disorder" like!!! it's real!! and then most of my family lives in AZ/Vegas so they just say like "at least it isnt as hot as it is here" which like true but it still sucks!
