My 150th Yonder Mountain String Band show tonight at Hamilton Live in DC. Absolutely killer set! Loved the switching up of the setlist to play John Hartford’s Steam Powered Aeroplane on the 87th anniversary of his birth! Can’t wait for tomorrow night for #151 and a New Year’s celebration!

My 150th Yonder Mountain String Band show tonight at Hamilton Live in DC. Absolutely killer set! Loved the switching up of the setlist to play John Hartford’s Steam Powered Aeroplane on the 87th anniversary of his birth! Can’t wait for tomorrow night for #151 and a New Year’s celebration!
If the Top 885 Songs of the 21st Century was done next year, I’m pretty damn sure Sailor Song by Gigi Perez would get a lot of consideration to be on my list.

My top 10 list. To me 4,6 & 8 are definites. Hoping 2, 5, 7 & 9 make it. Yonder is my favorite all time band and the decision of which 2 to include was difficult. BTW, Yonder returns to Ardmore Music Hall on March 21. Come meet me at the rail! #XPNCountdown
