Had really nice weather yesterday!

Ugly gray clouds and windy! But got my swim + run double workout day complete. Stay safe and hydrated. #running #triathlon

Test #running complete with the Hoka Clifton 9s. Overall they felt great. This was the largest run volume week so far this year and my legs could feel it, on top of staying up late and having an adult beverage last night. All little factors that add up. I look forward to another run in the sun.
