2020 was the worst year of my life. The stress and panic I feel today is real. I will work hard not to let it overtake me again and pray that I can make my voice heard. Deep breath, my friends. We have each other.

Had Christmas with my family. Lots of trauma and hurt feelings on that side and we’re pretty estranged normally. I might be a little more drunk than I wanted to be but it actually went well. Let the rest of Christmas begin!
