One of the course eval responses for “Do you have any advice for future students about how to succeed in this class?” : “you will never regret taking Latin but you will regret not taking Latin” 😂❤️

My students made such beautiful games in Latin! I am so thrilled & impressed by how much effort they put in (3d printing game tokens, painstakingly drawing Roman gods, mapping out a Mediterranean-based game board….). Tam pulchri sunt ludi! Optime factum!

I had my students play SEX today for the first time and was surprised how much fun they had! Monday morning at 8 am is usually not, shall we say, high energy, but today there was much shouting, laughing, aaaand (I think) learning! Credit: todallycomprehensiblelatin.blogspot.com/2016/01/the-...

Latin 2 #firstday activity: half the students have book covers, half have the titles in Latin. They have to find their match, then ask & answer some questions in Latin, then introduce their partner to the class. First time trying this, so I hope they like it!!
