Iris & Butterflies.
How are you today? Current events are making me very anxious. Does it feel like we are moving backwards? Do we as individuals have any recourse? Is it enough to be invested in our community and loving to our families? We live on such an incredible planet.

I 💜 blastoids. They're the fossils that got me interested in fossils. Specifically, the Mississippian species Pentremites godoni. ~25 yrs ago, I acquired this specimen and, using a microscope, made this pen and ink stipple drawing. Of my own work, it is one of my favorites.

May Flowers 2021
My garden is very small but it’s full of tulips and the month of May is when it looks best. I included some spring butterflies and a small blue & white vase from my grandmother. This was one of the pieces chosen for the lobby of the Postmark Hotel in Newmarket Ontario.

Did I actually refer to Elon Musk's legendary Telsa as a "douche panzer"?
And at the parliament of Canada's press gallery?
I wonder how that term slipped out.
But yes, I'd hammer him with tariffs.
I don't like fascists.
