if you’ve read this far you probably already understand what I’m going to draw. for me Pawbert and Judy are canon. there aren’t that many cool furry felines out there. so Pawbert will definitely get attention and love from me. he earned it despite the weird ending.

just as energetic, childish and awkward as Judy herself. while the absolutely apathetic and static Nick felt perfectly fine in the company of the beaver.

and the most annoying thing is that it all worked so well and felt so natural that the plot had to suddenly make the lynx a villain just to remove him from the story. it was obvious that Pawbert was a much better match for Judy.

I really loved the concept of Judy and Nick drifting apart. that message was there until the very end. Nick felt comfortable and naturally fit following that beaver blogger. and Judy felt very comfy and harmonious with Pawbert.

the studio once again made a hidden villain. there was a hidden villain in the first movie. a hidden villain again in the second one. and that is the biggest disappointment for me.
