I’m with Donovan on this one. There’s so much competition on the European teams that they never take games off. There’s way too much competition to not play each and every opportunity. I’m not advocating to play hurt but there’s an added pressure to play for country in Europe, not in the US.

Drove by this afternoon. Curt Flood Sports Complex. Needs a little bit of gravel work so that cars/bikes have access, but most importantly, 66th street needs to become more accessible. If we can solve that problem, #1 the city has a new revenue stream and #2 kids have a place to play in East Oakland
